You can find the price of accommodation by selecting a specific room or apartment in a specific date on the link below. Approximate price varies according to the season from 610,- CZK / night / person.

Prices are in CZK per person, 1 night / with buffet breakfast, including car parking in the parking lot directly at the Monika guesthouse.

Person on extra bed size 80x200 cm has 30% discount. Child up to 2 years FREE without bed. Upon agreement with the reception it is possible to prepare a QUALITY baby cot - for the price of 100 CZK / night.

  • INTERNET Wifi-free - FREE
  • Pets - possible by arrangement with reception (dogs only up to medium size - max approx. 12 kg) - price 200 - 400 CZK/night.
  • Check-in 14-18.00 hours (time of arrival to the pension)
    • Other check-in time possible after agreement with reception.
  • Check-out until 10.00 am (check-out time on the day of departure).

In the period 26.12.2022 - 02.01.2023 it is possible to book online only 6 or more nights. Reservation for less days is possible on request at the reception of the pension Monika.

APARTMENT WITH TWO SEPARATE BEDROOMS - (1-4 beds and 1 extra bed)

  • Apartment with two separate rooms, each room with its own LCD TV,SAT. The suite with private bathroom with shower or bath, toilet. With small fridge, kettle, safe, Wifi-free Internet.

PRICE LIST OF APARTMENTS MONIKA 2022 - 2023

TYPE A1 = (2-7 beds)

  • The apartment has two separate bedrooms /one bedroom is attic with ladder stairs/ and a living room facing south (size approx. 25 m2), in the living room there is a sofa with coffee table, a large dining table for 8 people, a kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. New 80 cm LCD TV, SAT. The suite has a bathroom with bath and toilet. Safe, Wifi-free Internet - all included in the price. Parking of ONE car per ONE apartment for free.

TYPE M9 = KING SIZE APARTMENT (2 -7 beds)

  • Apartment (approx. 120 m2) directly in the pension MONIKA consisting of two separate bedrooms (3+4 beds) one bedroom with LCD TV, living room with large dining table for 6 people, leather sofa, 80 cm LCD TV, satellite, another sofa (can be used as two extra beds), kitchen connected to the living room, with ceramic hob, hot air oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, bathroom with shower, separate toilet (not located in the bathroom). Safe, Wifi-free - free, south balcony. Parking ONE car per ONE apartment for free.

APARTMENT prices are in CZK per 1 NIGHT / APARTMENT with ONE parking space. Pet - dog up to medium size, MAX 12kg 200 - 400,-CZK / Night.

It is possible to order a buffet breakfast from 7.30-10.00 a.m. in the Monika Pension Restaurant for 150,-CZK per person.

BUSINESS AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Check-in 14-18.00 hours. Check-in time - 18.00 - 18.00 - 18.00 Check-in time - 18.00. Check-out on the day of departure 7.00-10.00 am. Prices are approximate for a seven-day stay, for shorter stays can be adjusted by agreement of both parties - prices include applicable VAT. In the period 26.12.2022 - 02.01.2023 it is possible to book online a minimum stay of 6 nights or more. Shorter dates upon confirmation by the hotel reception. For the period 01.04.2022 -14.12.2022, a deposit of 40% may be required depending on the dates, upon issuance of a deposit slip. A deposit is required for the period 15.12.2022-25.3.2023. The deposit paid serves as confirmation of the reservation and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the guest.
